Our membership has represented over 30 states + 3 countries throughout the past decade. In building XTEAM to present competitive teams, it has taken the confidence + collaboration of many amazing local coaches to achieve the goal of gathering the nations most committed players.

While the talent level in the East Coast hotbeds continues to deepen + intensify, non-traditional areas are still working to increase the total number of players playing. Over the years, we have worked to build relationships with local entities - high school + club programs - to help provide a platform for the best players to gain national exposure.

XTEAM is meant to be a reflection of the best talent from non-traditional areas and through a variance of PIPELINES that feed into the program, XTEAM works to make sure the top talent from different cities can join forces with girls just like them!

BOUNCE PIPELINE CLUBS
Over 5 years in the making, BOUNCE has worked to develop local club teams in areas that exhibit particular lacrosse interest as well as growth potential. Each of these areas, BOUNCE runs local club teams aiming to aggregate local talent. Through the BOUNCE program, these clubs develop both players + coaches by providing an extension of the XTEAM system + programming in order to prepare members to make an impact at the XTEAM level - if they choose to pursue it. Most XTEAM coaches lead or direct our BOUNCE PIPELINE CLUBS:

the ATL (www.laxatl.com) :: Based in Alpharetta, GA, the ATL boasts over 100 members from this rapidly growing pocket. Home to some of the most competitive players + high school programs in the country, Atlanta + surrounding areas is pumping talent into the college ranks at high speed.

loneLAX (www.lonelax.com) :: Members hail from dueling cities Houston + Dallas. With a surge of college coaches traveling to host clinics in Lone Star state, they see exactly what we see - a sports-crazed area ripe with amazing athletes.

TEAM OC (www.teamoclax.com) :: One of the most rapidly expanding areas for college programs with the additions of both USC + UCSD, Orange County, CA has a dense population of active girls and the weather to host practices outside all year round. With LA + San Diego as close neighbors, this has all the makings of a MD-NJ-NY-MA replica.
