:: XTEAM UNIFORM KIT
Every XTEAM member will receive the XTEAM UNFORM KIT and it will be awesome. This uniform kit will include everything you would need to wear at an XTEAM event. Of course, we design the uniforms to be rocked outside of XTEAM - to school, to practice or to college camps + clinics!
:: "THE DRAW" PUBLICATION
This is a college yearbook that includes each programs' schedule, roster and vital information. This includes all sponsored programs from Division I, II, III, club + JuCo! This publication is a HUGE resource for the recruiting process. ONLY summer members will receive this publication, as it will be released in March 2012.
:: PLAYER EVALUATIONS
This is huge! After EVERY XTEAM event your XTEAM coach prepares a full player evaluation on your performance from the weekend. This includes: things you did well, things you need to work on, and ways to improve those things. These evaluations are informative and too the point. Within 1 week after the event, this evaluation is sent to YOU, your PARENTS and your HS COACH.
:: PLAYER INSURANCE (SECONDARY COVERAGE)
In addition to the tournament insurance that is provided to every player, XTEAM covers it’s members with secondary insurance in case of injury occurred during an XTEAM training session.

:: 24/7 RECRUITING ASSISTANCE
As an XTEAM member you have access to 24/7 support through the recruiting process. Use your XTEAM coaches to give you the support you need in this long and enduring journey. They are your sounding board, so use them. Whether it’s help on a cover letter +/or resume or some motivational words before your head to camp, our recruiting specialists are here for YOU!
:: SOLO TRAVELER
SOLO TRAVELERS pay an additional fee and travel without their parents + stay with the team. XTEAM provides transportation to/from the airport if they arrive and depart within the stipulation times. In addition, XTEAM provides meals + transportation for the duration of the time you are with us. As a SOLO traveler, you will have a 24 hour chaperone.
NOTE #1 :: Some summer tournaments are "SOLO ONLY" meaning this fee is already inbedded in the membership fee, and it is required for the players to stay with the team for the duration of the trip.
NOTE #2 :: Not every summer tournament will allow SOLO TRAVELERS!
:: HS COACH OUTREACH
Unless advised otherwise, all player evaluations are sent to your HS coach after each event so they can pick up coaching you where we left off. Since we don’t see you between events, we maintain an open line of communication with your HS coaches to ensure that you are taking steps forward in your game and building upon what you’ve learned, whether it’s with us or your local HS team.
:: SOCIAL MEDIA + VIDEO SERIES (MOTIVATIONAL + INSTRUCTIONAL)
Occasionally, we will post comments/articles/clips with tips on recruiting, stickwork/skill development, motivation and celebration! We have found that this is an AWESOME + FUN way to communicate with the membership since we don’t see you between events.
