XTEAM tailors all of its recruiting support to girls from non-traditional areas that seek to play lacrosse in college. Although our members most likely come from "random" lacrosse areas, their competition does not. So, our program is designed to give our members the advantage within an already uneven world.

As our backbone, we use the RECRUITING TRAK curriculum to support our members. This is an additional fee, but we highly encourage our members to take use of the project management software that gives them an all-access pass to the information that will help in preparing, researching, recording, refining and managing all of the moving pieces.
It is an accessory to the XTEAM curriculum. Other than the 50+ documents on the site that provide background info and additional tips, our members rely on the following pieces consistently to work through our program + purse their recruiting goals:

Anyone can get a subscription and we are not the only club team that utilizes this service for our members. To subscribe: www.recruitingtrak.com ($250/first year, $50 annual renewal).
Exclusive to XTEAM only, our members have access to their coaches through phone, skype + email. This is the biggest feature of our membership as there are dozens of conversations that must take place to help every member work her way through her process. Lacrosse or not, our staff is trained to help kids through the hard part of creating their list, the cumbersome work of researching and refining their list and the challenge of making final decisions. Identifies member + club team she plays for immediately to college coaches, tipping them off on who to contact in the event they want more info on the player. This is a place our members can keep + organize all of their recruiting information and the only place we send them messages.

A bird's eye view of each members' list to help us get a sense of where she is looking and how she is deepening her research on each school. It allows us to help add to or refine the list specific to her.
