XTEAM 2015/16/17 :: We have secured 1 full team for the summer. However, we are generating a waiting list and will be adding a second team. Please email cassie@playonplayup.com if you would like to participate on the XTEAM 2015/16/17 team this summer.

:: XTEAM SUMMER PACKAGE DEPOSIT
This is a non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot on a summer XTEAM. Please commit to the summer schedule BEFORE paying this deposit, as there are absolutely no refunds!
NEW MEMBER DEPOSIT :: $500 (non-refundable)
INCLUDES: XTEAM team placement, uniform kit, recruiting support, secondary insurance
RETURNING MEMBER DEPOSIT :: $250 (non-refundable)
INCLUDES: XTEAM team placement, recruiting support

NOTE :: You are ONLY eligible for the RETURNING MEMBER DEPOSIT if you are currently a FALL/WINTER member.

:: REMAINING BALANCE
For each grad year, there is a REMAINING BALANCE that is in addition to the non-refundable deposit you pay to reserve your spot. Once you pay your deposit, you will be sent a payment package with everything you need to pay the remaining balance. There are payment plan options included in this package.
2013 REMAINING BALANCE :: $650
2014 REMAINING BALANCE :: $3150
2015 - 17 REMAINING BALANCE :: 1750

:: HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE SUMMER PACKAGE:
1. CHOOSE the option that best describes your status with XTEAM (FALL/WINTER MEMBER or NEW SUMMER MEMBER)
3. FILL OUT player information page
4. PAY DEPOSIT
5. RECEIVE confirmation email receipt, and payment package in the mail

SIBLINGS: If you're registering multiple girls, PLEASE do the registration process SEPARATELY for each child! DO NOT PUT MULTIPLE MEMBERSHIPS IN YOUR SHOPPING CART!
